How Does It Work?

  • Suitable for all levels from beginners to experienced yogis

  • Live class on Zoom every Thursday, 6:30–7:30pm (UK time)

  • Monthly rolling subscription £20/month

  • No contract, cancel anytime before your subscription renews

  • All you need is a yoga mat and comfortable clothing

  • You’ll receive the Zoom link by email before the class

  • Access to the previous four recordings incase you miss a LIVE session so you can practice at your convenience

Hi, I’m Laura, and I really hope you will join me for Thursday Virtual Yoga.

I’m a qualified yoga teacher and have been teaching for over five years now, but my journey with movement began long before that as a professional dancer working in musicals in the West end. 

Yoga has shown me how movement, breath, and mindfulness can bring balance, calm, and strength into everyday life.

As a mother and a business owner, I understand how hard it can be to carve out time just for yourself, which is why I believe a regular yoga practice is so important. It’s a chance to pause, reconnect, and nurture not only your body but also your mind and spirit. 

My virtual Thursday classes are open to everyone beginners and experienced yogis alike and each session is designed to help you release stress, improve flexibility and strength, and leave you feeling refreshed and centred, ready to wrap up the rest of your week with more ease and presence.
