Welcome to Thursday Virtual Yoga with Laura

Quick Review of the Six Questions:

  • WHO - Who are you doing this for? Knowing the answer to this will keep you committed to your practice. 

  • WHAT - What do you need? A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, a block or a thick book to use as a prop for our physical practice. Blanket for passing and for our relaxation pose.

  • WHERE - Where are you going to do it? Create a quiet space if you can. A space big enough for a yoga mat.

  • WHEN - When are you going to do this? Every Thursday evening at 6.30pm UK time. Put this in your diary. And if you can't make the live practice schedule your catch-up practice with the recording. Remember if it is not scheduled it is not real. 

  • WHY - Why are you doing this? - What are the reasons behind you being here? Take sometime to figure out why as this will help with your commitment to the practice.

  • HOW - How are you going to do it? - logistics

I’ll join the call at 6.25pm, five minutes before we begin, so you can ask me anything before we get started. I’ll also stay on for five minutes at the end in case you’d like to check in or need a little extra guidance.
