Surprise, surprise.

JUNE 7, 2015

Well, I have completed the first week of my 30 day challenge and I am pleased to report that I have really enjoyed it. The best part has been the surprises and there have been a few.

The first one is, I have actually done yoga every day this week. So what was all the fuss about before?! The excuses I have used in the past for this not to happen, now seem somewhat ridiculous! If you set your mind on something – and you promise on social media you will do it – anything is possible. Hilarious!

The second surprise is the connection that it has given me to people that I haven’t been in touch with for a long time. It has warmed my heart to hear from people that I went to school and college with. People that I worked with donkeys years ago. People that I don’t speak to enough like my Aunties, Uncles and cousins. And people who live around the corner that I would be thrilled to spend more time with but life just gets in the way. Thank you to you all. This week has been an absolute treat because you’ve reached out!

The third surprise is my mum. Ada May Gray. Today my mum told me something that put a big smile on my face. She practiced yoga for the first time ever. My mum is my first convert! Woop woop!!!!!!

This week has been really eye opening and this is only the first. Who knows what the next 23 days will hold!

Namaste!

Lots of love,
